Not really a problem, Just an observation that HSBC is now spaceage. They have a machine in their bank for every possible task, even less human contact

I went into the HSBC the other day to pay in some business cheques and some cash. There were no cashier points at all, I HAD to use the machine - one transaction for the cheques, one for the cash. nightmare. What happened to cashiers, and basic customer service?

I find the HSBC Lovely, they rang me up a few days ago to see how I was doing and then moved me to a cheaper bank tarrif! lovely lads
